Greencore was the recipient of the prestigious ‘Strive for Excellence’ award at Asda’s Technical Conference earlier this week. The award was presented by Asda’s Senior Director for Regulatory Compliance, Trading & Marketing, Darina Hall and is in acknowledgement of the outstanding work by the Group’s technical teams across the UK, including:
- The Stem Ambassadors work that Gillian Winters from Prepared Meals has been heading up with Asda
- The collaborative engagement with other Asda suppliers by our Grocery team with regards to best practice and shared learnings Our central technical team for support and assistance with TACCP, food defence and horizon scanning workshops and communication to the wider Asda supply base.
