Greencore Prepared Meals in Kiveton, has successfully been placed on the Workplace Wellbeing Charter, which is endorsed nationally by Public Health England. This charter is a statement of intent, showing Greencore’s commitment to the health and well-being of its employees.
The Workplace Wellbeing Charter comes in three levels, each containing different standards that need to be achieved: Commitment; Achievement and Excellence.
Following an independent audit, which included a series of interviews with members of staff at the site, Greencore achieved the ‘Excellence Award’, which recognises the fully engaged leadership and the range of programmes and support mechanisms to support the health and wellbeing of its people
