A Rights Issue was approved by Greencore Group plc shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting on 07 December 2016.
All qualifying shareholders will receive a Provisional Allotment Letter. Please refer to the Prospectus for more details on qualifying shareholders. The Prospectus can be found here.
To take up the Rights Issue, the original Provisional Allotment Letter must be returned to our Registrar, Computershare at Computershare Investor Services (Ireland) Limited, Heron House, Corrig Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin D18 Y2X6, Ireland before 11.00am (Irish time) on 21 December 2016 with the accompanying payment in the form of a sterling cheque or banker’s draft.
To take up some of your Rights, you will need to request a split Provisional Allotment Letter from Computershare before 19 December 2016. The new split Provisional Allotment Letter together with the accompanying payment in the form of a sterling cheque or banker’s draft will then need to be forwarded to our Registrar, Computershare at Computershare Investor Services (Ireland) Limited, Heron House, Corrig Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin D18 Y2X6, Ireland before 11.00am (Irish time) on 21 December 2016.
If you do not want to take up your rights, you do not have to return the Provisional Allotment Letter.
Please note:
- Date for final receipt of the Provisional Allotment Letters is 11.00am on 21 December 2016 (Irish time).
- Payment must be in the form of a sterling cheque or banker’s draft only.
- Cheques or banker’s draft must be made out to “Computershare Investor Services (Ireland) Limited Re: Greencore Group plc Rights Issue” and crossed “A/C payee only”. Please note your Shareholder Reference Number on the back of the cheque / banker’s draft.
- Provisional Allotment Letters and appropriate payment must be sent to:
