Megan Fallows, Development Chef at our Northampton facility was a joint overall winner of this year’s prestigious Sandwich Designer of the Year competition after impressing the judges yesterday with her Cauli Cheese Toastie, based on her grandmother’s recipe
With chefs participating from across the UK and inspiration taken from around the world the competition was intense. The chefs competed across six different categories with some exciting recipes.
In addition Owen Aron, Development Chef at Manton Wood, was the winner of the Shredded Chicken category with his ‘Thai Chicken Bao Wow’
