Last Friday a group of colleagues from our Park Royal site in London took it upon themselves to help clean up the local environment.
The team took time out from their day jobs to pick up litter along the Grand Union canal which runs behind the site.
Colleagues from all departments got involved, including some night shift members who even gave up their sleep to help! As you can see they managed to collect a large number of bags full of rubbish.
HR Business Partner Ian Siddons said: “The litter clean-up was a great team effort and I want to thank all our colleagues who joined in with such enthusiasm. It’s great to be able to do something to help improve our local community – it now makes this part of the towpath a little more appealing to walk along.”
