Greencore has been commended for its commitment to upskilling its workforce at the 2019 Princess Royal Training Awards. Greencore’s Manufacturing Director, Clare Evans, together with HR Director, Guy Dullage and Head of Talent and Development at Greencore, Natalie Rogers personally received the award from HRH Princess Anne at an awards ceremony in St James’s Palace yesterday. The prestigious awards honour UK employers for their outstanding training and development programmes, which have directly resulted in measurable success.
Greencore received this royal accolade for its work on management and leadership development through The Line Manager Framework which continues to positively impact more than 3,000 colleagues at Greencore.
Commenting on the awards, Natalie Rogers, Head of Talent and Development at Greencore said: “We are delighted to have received a Princess Royal Training Award standard of excellence this year – particularly as the only food manufacturer being recognised this year. At Greencore, we have genuinely put our people at the core of what we do, and we invest in supporting our people to be the very best they can be.”

The Princess Royal Training Awards, delivered by the City & Guilds Group, are now in their fourth year. Each of the applications were assessed against three Hallmarks of Excellence by the Princess Royal Training Awards Commission, which comprised of HRH The Princess Royal and leading figures in the business and training community.
