A Greencore product won 1st place at this year’s Wholesale Quality Food & Drink Awards.
The Wholesale Quality Food & Drink Awards celebrates the best own label products within the independent trade sector and the Spar Limited Edition wrap, produced by Greencore has been hailed as the best Food to Go product across the convenience market.
Inspired by market trends, the Piri Piri Chicken Wrap was launched as part of Spar’s limited edition programme for 2015; the product has been well received by customers and is now one of their most popular lines.
Due to initial success and customer demand, the award winning wrap will be available again next year as part of the core range.
