Several Greencore colleagues and their families have kindly volunteered to host Ukrainian families at this time where they are forced to leave their country.
Sally Robinson, New Product Development Controller at the Greencore site in Kiveton is one of these volunteers, and she decided to create a challenge for the chefs and colleagues in the different Greencore NPD teams to create a Ukrainian style lunch, in order to learn and understand more about the food culture.
Sally felt that this would be an excellent way for her to upskill herself on the Ukrainian food culture and she wasn’t disappointed! Colleagues from across the business stepped up and created an outstanding lunch for the whole team to enjoy.
