Last week, our team at Manton Wood hosted their own Sandwich Designer of the Year competition with six selected finalists, each with a fantastic culinary creation. Head Chef, Jeremy Medley and Development Chef, Kirsty Fonseca judged the competition and chose two winners: Husnain Ghaffar for his Redemption Deluxe Sandwich (which was created on the day by Jane Stockton) and Craig Dudley for his Banana, Chocolate & Custard Sandwich (created on the day by Jonathan Lewis).
We were fortunate to have a visit by our local MP for Bassetlaw, Brendan Clarke-Smith, who kindly presented the awards to the winners.
