We’re extremely proud to announce that two Greencore product developers have been shortlisted with no fewer than four different innovative new sandwich concepts at this year’s Sandwich Designer of the Year competition.
Charlotte Palmer is shortlisted in the H. Smith Food Group Delightful Breaded Chicken category with her Japanese Fried Chicken Wrap.
Kirsty Fonseca is shortlisted in the same category with her Katsu Bao Bun.
Kirsty is also shortlisted in the JDM Food Group Free-From category with her Nut Free Satay Burrito and in the Futura Foods Gorgonzola Piccante category with her Gorgonzola with Parma Ham concept.
The different category winners and the overall Sandwich Designer of the Year are announced at a live judging event in London on 9 May.
