On Saturday 14th July, colleagues from Greencore Convenience Foods – Kiveton, Food to Go – Manton Wood and UK Centre teamed up to run the 5k Colour Dash for Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice at Rother Valley Country Park.
This was a fantastic event with lots of fun had by all. The teams were rewarded with a free Greencore picnic at the end of their race.
The day was testament to our spirit of People at the Core, from one of our external contractor companies offering their time to put the marquee up for the event to colleagues across several parts of the business giving up their Saturday morning to take part in the dash or be a volunteer “paint thrower” – and all for such a worthwhile cause.
