1. These terms and conditions apply to the Greencore Nisa Expo 2019 Competition (“the Competition”) which is run by the Greencore Group, UK Centre, Midland Way, Barlborough Links Business Park, Barlborough, Chesterfield, S43 4XA – registered in the UK (company no: 372396) – VAT GB 137601090.
  2. By entering this Competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  3. No entry fee or purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
  4. Greencore reserves the right to advertise this Competition at its discretion.
  5. The Competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over save for employees of the Greencore Group of Companies and/or their close relatives and/or anyone who is otherwise connected with the Greencore Group or who may be involved with this Competition.
  6. A qualifying person may enter the Competition by submitting a completed online entry form at the Nisa Expo 2019 at Stoneleigh on either 2nd or 3rd April 2019. Alternatively, entry can be made online at https://www.greencore.com/co-op-nisa-partnership/.
  7. Only one entry will be accepted for each person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  8. The closing time and date for entries is 5:00 pm on 30th April 2019. After this time on the said date no further entries to the Competition will be considered.  In addition, no responsibility can be accepted for entries that have not, for whatever reason, been received on or before the time and date specified.
  9. There will be one prize which comprises 2 tickets to one of the 2019 Cricket World Cup matches. The match and location will be dependent on ticket availability. The prize does not include accommodation for and/or travel to and from the match.
  10. No cash or other alternative will be offered to the prize as stated. Greencore reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice as may be appropriate or necessary for whatever reason.
  11. Greencore may disqualify an entrant from winning the prize if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the entrant may be in breach of these terms and conditions and/or entry to the Competition might be fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
  12. The winner will be selected at random by computer software from all qualifying entrants.
  13. The winner will be notified by email or telephone on or before10th May 2019. An entrant must provide a working email address and/or telephone number when entering the Competition so that he/she can be notified of the prize in the event of winning.
  14. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim a prize within 14 days of being notified, or if a winner is not available to take up a prize, Greencore reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and award the prize to another entrant without liability to the original winner.
  15. Greencore will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected or to where it will be delivered.
  16. Any personal data collected for and/or as part of this Competition shall be used solely for that purpose and will only be processed in accordance with current EU and UK data protection legislation and in line with the Greencore Website Privacy Policy which can be found at: https://www.greencore.com/privacy-policy/.
  17. Greencore’s decision in respect of all matters related to this Competition shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
  18. Greencore reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and/or these terms and conditions without notice for reasons outside its control including, but not limited to, actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law(s) or regulation(s). Any changes to the Competition and/or these terms and conditions will be effective immediately they are posted on this website.
  19. Greencore will not be responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to an entrant by any third party whether connected with the Competition or otherwise.
  20. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
