Congratulations to Greencore’s very own Dai Llewellyn on being named: Ebrofrost Rigatoni ‘Free From’ Pasta Chef of the Year 2019 at the Pizza, Pasta and Italian (PAPA) Food Awards 2019.
In the exciting “free from” category, chefs are tasked with creating a tasty pizza, free from meat, gluten and dairy. With no specific sponsor ingredients, the chefs are free to use ingredients of their choice as long as the pizza can be marketed as being vegan and gluten free.
In this fiercely fought category Dai was, amongst other competitors, pitted against fellow Greencore chef Owen Aron.
