A number of Greencore colleagues will be taking on the 3 Peaks Challenge on 4th May to help fundraise for the charity Make-A-Wish.
The event, being organised by one of our key suppliers, Single Resource, will see members of our Greencore team, including HR Director Guy Dullage and Finance Director Nigel Blakey, walk approximately 25 miles over some the highest mountains in the Yorkshire Dales.
Single Resource is doing the walk for one of their employees, Gary, who was recently diagnosed with stage 3 oesophageal cancer. He has undergone a series of treatment and is now focusing on his recovery. All money raised from the walk is going to Gary’s chosen charity which is Make-A-Wish.
