Greencore Selby is once again proud to be sponsor of Selby College Men’s Football team, two years after we last sponsored their kit. Geoff Weeks, Site Director at Selby and Martin Brooks, Selby L&D Coordinator, went along to the college this week to formally hand over the smart new kit.
The Selby College Football Development Centre provides a platform for students to play at the highest college level, competing in the AoC Yorkshire & Humber Men’s League. As well as playing and training the programme also includes technical, tactical, strength and conditioning coaching for all players.
Matty Duck, the Sports Development Officer at the college, expressed his gratitude to Greencore and explained the importance that having quality football kits is to the overall educational experience.
