Congratulations to Greencore Product Development Technologist, Charlotte Palmer on winning her category at the Sandwich Designer of the Year Awards for 2024. Charlotte was the category winner of the H.Smith Food Group “Delightful” Breaded Chicken Category, with her Japanese Fried Chicken Wrap.
In addition, Greencore’s M&S Korean Chicken Egg Wrap won the Healthy Eating Award at the Sammies and several of our customers won their respective too, with M&S winning the Multiple Retailer and Café Retailer Awards, BP Wild Bean Café winning the En Route Retailer Award, Scotmid Co-operative winning the Convenience Retailer Award and Sainsbury’s being Highly Commended in the Multiple Retailer category.
