No fewer than six Greencore colleagues have reached the finals of this year’s Sandwich Designer of the Year competition, organised and hosted by the British Sandwich and Food to Go Association.
The Greencore finalists and their shortlisted categories are:
- Alexia Cowen – H Smith Chicken Category
- Megan Grove – Royal Greenland Prawn Category
- Martin Willsher – Royal Greenland Prawn Category
- Frances Cope – Royal Greenland Prawn Category
- Eleny Minto – through in two categories – Mission Foods Wrap and Danish Crown Bacon
- Catherine Fleetwood – Danish Crown Bacon category
Congratulations to Alexia, Megan, Martin, Frances, Eleny and Catherine. We’ll be cheering you on at the final, which takes place at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on 5 May.
Last year, Greencore’s Emma Taylor was named the winner of the 2021 Sandwich Designer of the Year competition.
